Role Overview
This is a hybrid B2B/B2C sales role focused on managing and growing an existing customer portfolio through consultative selling, account optimization, and upselling.
The representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize results through tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and upsell an assigned portfolio of accounts through regular client consultations
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue KPIs and sales targets
- Analyze client accounts and develop data-driven upsell and growth strategies
- Provide consultative support to help clients implement new strategies and optimize campaigns
- Build long-term, trust-based client relationships through proactive outreach
- Collaborate within a target-driven team environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency: Czech or Slovak (B2+/C1) and English (B2+)
- Proven sales aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency; CRM/digital tools experience a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kraków, Poland
