Your Mission

As a Junior O2C (Order-to-Cash) Specialist, youll play a key role in supporting the finance and operations process, ensuring smooth and accurate order handling from start to finish.
This on-site role in Porto is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in finance, operations, or client-facing business processes, while using German and English in a professional environment.

What Youll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the O2C system.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process.

What You Bring

• Fluent German and C1 English (written and spoken).

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
