Schedule: 11:30 - 20:00; Monday - Sunday

A Icelandic-speaking Solutions Consultant is needed for a team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The role sits at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and customer communication - both matter equally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose technical issues reported by customers
• Follow up to confirm a fix actually solved the problem
• Log resolutions clearly so the next person doesn't start from zero
• Walk customers through fixes step by step, without jargon

Requirements:

• Fluent Icelandic, English
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
