Customer Support Specialist - German Speaker

Schedule: Monday to Saturday; from 7am to 7pm rotation

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What We Offer:

• Salary: Base €953 * 14 + guaranteed productivity bonus for the first 6 months (€100/month) + €25 attendance bonus + ~€126 meal allowance (cash) + company benefits and partnerships currently in place. * For German L1, the base salary is €1,437 * 14. L2 – €1,120 * 14 + guaranteed productivity bonus for the first 6 months (€100/month) + €25 attendance bonus + approximately €126 meal allowance (cash) + company benefits and partnerships currently in place.

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• German: Fluent | English: B2
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
