Customer Service Advisor - Dutch Speaker (Remote, from 09 Nov)

Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

An employer in Athens is hiring for a Customer Service Advisor role and building out their Dutch team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
