Remote Customer Support Representative - German Speaker | Greece

We are recruiting a Customer Support Representative to join a German-speaking team in Greece (work from home).

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

Several projects are open, in sectors including home technology and online travel. We will match you to the one that fits you best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring problems so they can be fixed at the source
• Resolve issues on the first contact wherever possible
• Follow up on open cases until they are fully resolved
• Escalate complex cases to the right team

Requirements:

• Fluent German, written and spoken
• EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or equivalent right to work in Greece
• Customer-focused, patient and solution-oriented
• Team player who is open to feedback

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote
• Start dates: from 16 October 2026 to 23 October 2026
• Full-time contract

Relocation Package:

Already living in Greece? You can work from home anywhere in the country. Relocating from within the EU? You will work from home in Athens, with 2 weeks of hotel accommodation, flight ticket, airport pickup and real estate agency fee covered.
