Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Banking & Finance (Lisbon)

We're hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Banking & Finance team in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll assist customers with account and product queries for a financial services brand.

Work model: Remote, Hybrid.

Start date: 17/Aug/26.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
