French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Banking & Finance (Lisbon)

A Banking & Finance client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll assist customers with account and product queries for a financial services brand.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 17/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Remote, on site 1 day per quarter.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
