Italian Customer Support Specialist - Multilingual Services, Athens

A Multilingual Services client in Athens, Greece is looking for a Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 26/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Italian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
