Customer Service Advisor - French Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Good customer care is what this team is known for, and you will help keep that standard high. You will handle everyday requests from start to finish and escalate only when it is genuinely needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Track your own quality scores and act on the feedback
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Follow up on open cases so that customers are not left waiting

Requirements:

• Fluent French
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
