Customer Care Advisor - German Speaker (Remote)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Colleagues share tips and approaches often, so you are never working through a difficult case alone. Some days bring quick, simple requests, and others need careful investigation and patient follow-up.

Your Responsibilities:

• Pass recurring issues to your team leader so they can be fixed at source
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Keep case records accurate and up to date
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
