Customer Care Advisor - Brazilian Portuguese Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

A team in Athens is looking for Brazilian Portuguese speakers to join its customer operation. Start date: 19 October 2026.

Every case you close moves a customer closer to a clear answer. The team measures success by how well customers feel looked after, not only by how fast a case closes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Suggest improvements that reduce repeat contacts
• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps

Requirements:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
