Location: Remote within Greece (Work from Home)
Base Location: Athens (for relocation)

Contract Type: Full-time

Relocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad):

• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

• Flight ticket (within the EU)

• Airport pickup

• Real estate agency fee covered

Work-from-Home Information:

• If relocating: WAH set-up is in Athens

• If local candidate: WAH possible from anywhere in Greece

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in German (via phone, email, and chat).

• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy while working remotely.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality support.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1 level) + good English skills (B2).

• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
