Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service in German (via phone, email, and chat).

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while working remotely.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality support.
Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1 level) + good English skills (B2).

Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
