What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in Spanish
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer interaction
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate information, and escalate cases where needed
  • Log interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture across remote and on-site channels

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C1/C2 level) — essential
  • Fluent in English (working language of the team)
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, retail, hospitality, or any client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills — empathetic, clear, and professional
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup as well as in an office environment
  • Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
  • EU work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
