About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide professional travel advice and support to customers, ensuring exceptional service and efficient resolution of inquiries.

You will be responsible for assisting Danish-speaking travelers with bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel-related queries, while also maintaining a high standard of communication in English when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Danish-speaking customers.

  • Assist with travel bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information regarding schedules, fares, policies, and travel documentation.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with international colleagues and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

  • Work flexibly within the operating hours of:

    • MonFri: 09:0020:00

    • SatSun: 10:0019:00

    • 365 days a year (bank holidays paid double).

Requirements

  • Language Skills:

    • Native or C1/C2 level in Danish (spoken & written).

    • At least B2 level in English (spoken & written).

  • Previous customer service, travel, or call center experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • For candidates relocating from abroad:

    • Must confirm Yes, I will be moving on my own or I dont need relocation support.

  • Salary: 1900/month (Latvia & Estonia), plus performance-based bonus of up to 250/month.
