Customer Service Agent - Brazilian Portuguese Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

The team measures success by how well customers feel looked after, not only by how fast a case closes. Every case you close moves a customer closer to a clear answer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Explain step-by-step solutions in clear, simple language
• Keep customers informed about timescales and next steps

Requirements:

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Willingness to work the shift pattern set for the team
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
