Customer Service Representative - Dutch Speaker (Remote)

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: Remote
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

A team in Athens is looking for Dutch speakers to join its customer operation. Start date: 13 October 2026.

You will learn the product quickly, and your knowledge will grow with every case you handle. Colleagues share tips and approaches often, so you are never working through a difficult case alone.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep case records accurate and up to date
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Handle billing and account questions with care and accuracy
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Patience and a helpful manner, even in difficult conversations
• Ability to stay organised when handling several cases at once
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
