About the job Content Moderation Specialist - Dutch and English
Looking for Dutch and English speaking jobs in Lisbon, Portugal? We are hiring content moderation specialists to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will review user-generated content and apply platform policies consistently and fairly. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Review text, images, audio and video against published platform policies.
- Make consistent decisions on content and document the reasons clearly.
- Escalate unclear or high-risk cases to the appropriate reviewers.
- Follow accuracy and speed targets while looking after your own wellbeing.
- Take part in regular calibration sessions to keep decisions consistent.
Requirements:
- Fluent level in Dutch and English.
- Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
- A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
- Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
- Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement: This is an on-site position based in Lisbon. Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week.
