English Telesales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an English-speaking Telesales Consultant to join our Lisbon team on a Monday to Friday daytime schedule. You will proactively contact existing and prospective customers by phone, present tailored solutions and close sales that fit each customer's needs.

Good preparation makes the difference, so you will review account notes before each call, personalise your offer and log every outcome accurately. You will work with clear weekly targets, and each week you will review your results with a coach who helps you refine your pitch and your pipeline management.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• You must have at least one year of professional sales experience, ideally in telesales or inside sales, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• You should be self-motivated, articulate and persistent in a friendly way.
