Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Multilingual Services

We're recruiting Portuguese speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Athens, Greece.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 19/Oct/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Portuguese and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
