Customer Support Representative - Portuguese Speaker | Athens, Greece

An international employer based in Athens, Greece is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join their Portuguese-speaking team.

It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.

What you'd be doing:

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit

What we're looking for:

• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Comfortable communicating in Portuguese at a professional level
• Solid working English alongside your Portuguese
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
