Are you a fluent German speaker looking for a customer service job abroad? We're hiring German-speaking Billing Service Agents for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. Relocation is fully covered, so you can start a new career in one of Europe's most affordable and vibrant capitals.

No billing experience? No problem. If you speak German at C1 level and enjoy helping customers, full paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer questions about invoices, payments and billing statements in German, by phone, email and chat
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, refunds and payment issues
• Update customer accounts accurately in internal billing systems
• Explain charges, tariffs and payment options clearly and professionally
• Escalate complex cases to the right team and follow up until they're resolved
• Meet quality and service-level targets in a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

• German at C1 level or higher (native or near-native)
• English at B2 level or higher (working language)
• Experience in customer service, a call center, billing, or back office is a plus but not required
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Strong communication skills, patience and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and work on-site
• EU citizenship or the right to work in the EU [adjust if visa sponsorship is offered]
