Customer Advisor (German-speaking)- remote from greece

We are currently hiring Customer Advisors to join an international team in Greece. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable support and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
• Consistently meet individual and team quality and performance targets

Requirements

• German communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Greece
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece (recommended to include, depending on visa requirements)
