About the Role

We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Advisors on behalf of a leading international BPO company based in Athens, Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for German native or near-native speakers looking to build a career in customer service within a multicultural environment, with the flexibility of on-site or remote work options.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in German
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when needed
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Meet individual and team KPIs (response time, CSAT, resolution rate)

Your Profile

  • German native or C1/C2 level, written and spoken — mandatory
  • English B2 minimum
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate; experience with CRM tools is a plus
