About the role

Once in Athens, you will join our multilingual customer service team as a French-language advisor. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities

• Handle French-speaking customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Full-time availability (rotating shifts, some evenings and weekends)
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
