About the role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our international banking operations team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering outstanding service across phone, email, and chat channels.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound queries from German-speaking customers regarding accounts, payments, and financial products
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring full regulatory compliance
  • Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience

What we are looking for

  • German at C1/C2 level — written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Spanish at B2 level or above (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • EU work authorisation
