Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – French-speaking | Sofia

Do you speak French and care about creating safer, more trustworthy digital spaces? We are hiring a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our Sofia team, playing a key role in protecting users of a globally renowned digital platform across French-speaking markets worldwide.

In this role your French language expertise, cultural understanding, and sharp judgment will be essential tools in reviewing content and accounts, applying safety policies accurately, and helping build a digital environment that users can trust and enjoy freely.

Your responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content and account activity against platform safety policies
• Apply trust and safety guidelines consistently, fairly, and with sound judgment
• Identify and escalate high-risk violations and emerging threat patterns
• Contribute structured feedback to support ongoing policy improvement
• Maintain daily productivity and quality benchmarks within a supportive team

What we are looking for:

• French: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of objective decision-making
• Emotional resilience when handling sensitive material (full support provided)
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
