Solutions Consultant – German-speaking

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound German-language customer inquiries across various channels
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored, value-adding solutions
• Resolve escalated cases with professionalism and thoroughness
• Build rapport with customers and contribute to long-term satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we are looking for:

• German: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: working proficiency
• Consultative communication style and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities simultaneously
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
