Solutions Consultant – Norwegian-speaking

As a Solutions Consultant, you will take ownership of complex customer interactions, moving beyond scripted responses to provide tailored, insight-driven outcomes. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where your language skills and judgment are genuinely valued.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Norwegian-language customer contacts with professionalism
• Identify root causes of issues and propose effective, lasting solutions
• Manage customer expectations clearly and transparently
• Escalate complex situations to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Contribute to team performance through knowledge-sharing and collaboration

What we are looking for:

• Norwegian: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Proactive, consultative approach to customer interactions
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
