We are urgently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to support users of a leading European home services marketplace — a fast-growing platform that connects millions of homeowners with trusted tradespeople and service providers. If you are a natural problem-solver who enjoys helping people improve their homes, this role is for you!
As a Customer Service Agent, you will support Dutch-speaking customers and service professionals, resolving queries, managing complaints, and ensuring every interaction reflects the platform's commitment to trust and quality.
Your responsibilities:
- Support users with booking, payment, and service queries via phone and chat
- Mediate and resolve disputes between customers and service providers
- Ensure accounts and listings are accurate and up to date
- Educate users on platform features and best practices
- Meet daily quality and productivity benchmarks
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: B2 or above
- Warm, empathetic communication style
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
