Your Mission

As a Content Moderator, you will help create and maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment.
Your role is essential in reviewing digital content and ensuring it meets platform guidelines while balancing accuracy, fairness, and cultural awareness.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are comfortable making decisions, working with policies, and handling sensitive content responsibly.

What Youll Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content in German and English.

• Apply platform policies and guidelines consistently and accurately.

• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work with sensitive or challenging content.

• Good judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Comfort working in a hybrid setup with rotating shifts.
