Looking to grow your international sales career in the technology industry? We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Krakow, Poland, supporting cloud-based technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. 

Location: Krakow, Poland 

Work Model: Hybrid 

Languages: German (B2+/C1) and English (B2+)

Compensation: Base salary min 2500€ x 12 plus performance-related bonuses 

What You'll Do: 

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Recommend, quote, and negotiate technology solutions with customers 
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets Support SMBs, advertising agencies, and C-level decision makers 
  • Stay up to date with trends in cloud-based technology 

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development 
  • Experience in prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills Understanding or interest in cloud-based software solutions 
  • German (B2+/C1) and English (B2) proficiency 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams 
  • Currently living in or willing to relocate to Krakow
