Key Responsibilities (Customer Support in Spanish)
- Provide customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Handle product and service inquiries professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow quality guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
- Good English level (B1+)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
