Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, (Relocation to Athens Supported)

What you'll do

• Help customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat
• Resolve booking questions, changes and issues quickly and accurately
• Deliver a friendly, high-quality customer experience
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed

What you need

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00
• Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
