Customer Service Agent - German Speaker

Fluent in German? Our Athens operation needs people who can solve problems for customers who write or call in German. Start date: 12 October 2026.

Clear notes and a steady pace help the whole team deliver consistent answers. You will learn the product quickly, and your knowledge will grow with every case you handle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep case records accurate and up to date
• Resolve everyday issues without unnecessary transfers
• Use internal knowledge articles to check answers before you respond
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes

Requirements:

• Fluent German
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, though not required
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
