Customer Service Advisor - Portuguese Speaker

Location: Athens, Greece

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 working days per week

Colleagues share tips and approaches often, so you are never working through a difficult case alone. Expect a steady flow of questions about products, orders and accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Stay calm and courteous with frustrated customers
• Answer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Recognise when a case needs escalating and hand it over with complete notes
• Confirm each resolution with the customer before closing a case

Requirements:

• Fluent Portuguese
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Basic computer skills and confidence with web-based tools
• Comfortable learning new internal systems quickly
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship, a valid work permit, or a refugee protection certificate)
