About the Position

As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and efficient support to customers in French. You will assist customers with their requests, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements

• C2 or native-level proficiency in French, with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Professional and customer-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French through the available communication channels
• Respond to customer questions and requests professionally and efficiently
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex customer cases
• Maintain accurate and professional communication with customers

Important: Candidates must already reside in Portugal and live within 50 km of the Braga office. Candidates requiring relocation or living outside this radius will not be considered.
