Customer Care Specialist - German Speaker (On-Site, from 08 Oct)

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 18:00; Days Off - Saturday and Sunday

A German-speaking Customer Care Specialist is needed for a team based in Porto, Portugal.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

Requirements:

• Fluent German, English
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)

Relocation Package:

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months)
