CS/TECH/T1 - French Speaker | Lisbon, Portugal

We're working with an employer in Lisbon to fill a CS/TECH/T1 position for their French market.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated

Requirements:

• Comfortable communicating in French at a professional level
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Fluent French, written and spoken

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote
