You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the online gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep clear, accurate notes on every case
• Resolve issues on the first contact wherever possible
• Flag recurring problems so they can be fixed at the source
• Guide customers through orders, accounts and service questions

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic, written and spoken
• Good working English
• Team player who is open to feedback
• Customer-focused, patient and solution-oriented

Working Conditions:

• Work model: Remote
• Work from anywhere in Bulgaria
• Schedule: 07:00-00:00 Monday-Sunday
• Paid training: 2 weeks
• Channels: Email, Chat
• Start date: 28 September 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,075 gross per month

Open to candidates already living in Bulgaria.
