What you'll do

• Support SMB advertisers by chat, email and phone
• Give pre- and post-sales support on self-serve advertising tools
• Troubleshoot product and tool issues and guide clients to success
• Deliver a warm, friendly experience. Your main KPI is customer satisfaction (CSAT).

What you bring

• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1 minimum)
• Empathy, patience and a helpful attitude
• Confidence in calming down difficult situations
• Discretion with sensitive information
• A fast learner and a team player
• Interest in social media and digital advertising is a big plus
