About the Role

We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Greece. You will serve as the main contact for our Portuguese-speaking customers and deliver outstanding support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in Portuguese with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve issues efficiently and accurately
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Portuguese (C1/C2)
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Based in Greece or willing to relocate (relocation support provided)
