We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join a leading international airline project based in Malta. If you're passionate about customer service and want to grow within the aviation industry, this is a fantastic opportunity!
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist passengers with bookings, changes, and travel-related queries
- Provide professional and efficient customer support in German and English
- Deliver excellent service while meeting performance targets
Requirements
- German: C2 level (Native/Fluent)
- English: C1 level
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be currently residing in Malta (local candidates only)
- EU passport or valid Malta work permit required
- Note: Ex-employees are not eligible
Location
- Malta (On-site at Centrecom)
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Rate Progression:
- Month 1: €5.60/hour
- Month 2: €8.10/hour
- After probation: €8.50/hour
- After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits:
- Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (after 6 months)
- Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
- Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (after 1 month)
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shifts between 09:00 – 18:30
- 8-hour shifts
