Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Norwegian-speaking

Are you a Norwegian speaker with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to keeping online communities safe? We are hiring a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our Sofia-based team, supporting a globally recognised digital platform in protecting its Norwegian-speaking user base.

In this critical role you will review content and accounts, enforce platform safety policies, and contribute to a healthier, more trustworthy online environment. Your cultural insight and linguistic expertise are essential to making the right decisions in this high-impact position.

Your responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content and account activity
• Apply trust and safety policies consistently and with impartiality
• Identify and escalate emerging threats and policy violation patterns
• Provide structured feedback to improve content moderation guidelines
• Meet daily quality and productivity benchmarks

What we are looking for:

• Norwegian: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to remain objective under pressure
• Resilience when reviewing sensitive content (full support resources provided)
• Available to work on-site in Sofia

• Gross salary: 2,100 BGN/month
