Community Operations Specialist – Russian-speaking

In this role you will review content and account-related cases, apply platform policies, and ensure that the community experience remains positive for millions of users worldwide. Your responsibilities:

• Review and assess community-reported content and accounts
• Apply platform policies consistently and with sound judgment
• Handle account management queries in Russian-speaking markets
• Collaborate with policy and escalation teams on complex cases
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks

What we are looking for:

• Russian: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: B2 or above (written and spoken)
• Excellent judgment and impartiality when assessing content
• Resilience when dealing with sensitive material (full support provided)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
