This is an advanced-level role for experienced professionals who can handle complex cases with confidence and expertise.
In this role you will manage challenging customer interactions, support peers, and contribute to continuous service improvement for one of the world's most recognized platforms. Your expertise will set the gold standard for the team.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer escalations and high-sensitivity cases in Dutch
- Make sound decisions on nuanced account and content cases
- Support colleagues with guidance and knowledge-sharing
- Identify quality improvement opportunities and communicate findings
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
- English: strong B2/C1 level
- Previous experience in a customer support or trust & safety role (required)
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and decision-making ability
- Experience with CRM platforms and support tools
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
- High School Diploma required
