About the Role
We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international teams supporting leading global brands in the technology, travel, and food delivery sectors.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye.
As part of our multilingual customer experience operation, youll provide professional, solution-oriented support to customers, partners, and service users through inbound calls, chat, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in German (English used for internal communication and training)

Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, bookings, or platform navigation

Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Provide information, updates, or modifications to existing reservations or deliveries

Follow company procedures and use digital tools effectively

Meet performance and quality KPIs with a customer-first mindset
Requirements

German: Native or C1 level (verbal and written)

English: Minimum B1 level (for internal tools, training, and communication)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and multitasking

Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
