What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services by incoming calls or emails.
• Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems
• Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Love to identify the customers needs and propose fast solutions
• Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
• Having previous customer experience is a plus

Relocation Package:
Lisbon only:
- Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 in Economy class
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
- REMOTE POSITION in Lisbon, the client DO NOT provide relocation - And they only accept candidates from Coimbra to Algarve
- Braga and Aveiro the client DO NOT provide accomodation nor relocation at all - The candidates need to live above Coimbra.
