Customer Support Representative - Join Our Team in Greece!

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work full-time with competitive bonuses, great working hours, and support for those looking to relocate to Greece.

Compensation & Bonuses

We value your commitment and performance, offering several financial incentives:

• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 100 based on meeting monthly targets.
• Training Completion Bonus: A 100 bonus upon successful completion of your initial training.
• Long-Term Commitment Bonuses:
  • 200 bonus after 7 months of employment.
  • 200 bonus after 1 year of employment.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 08:00 18:00

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• English Language Skills: A minimum of B2 proficiency.
• Technical Proficiency: A "Very Good" technical aptitude is required to effectively support our customers.

Location and Work-from-Home (WAH) Policy

• Relocation is supported for eligible candidates (see details below).
• Work-from-Home:
  • If you are relocating to join us, the WAH location must be Athens, Greece.
  • If you are a local candidate already in Greece, the WAH location can be anywhere in Greece.

• Full-purpose & Specific-purpose Work Permit Card
• Certificate of Protection (Refugees)

Relocation Support (For Eligible Candidates)

We make moving easy! Our comprehensive relocation package includes:

• Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
