Were looking for Dutch-speaking Social Media Support Specialists to join a global tech project in Porto. This role suits candidates with customer service experience who understand KPIs and are comfortable with rotational schedules.

Your Role

  • Support users on social media-related topics

  • Manage cases through internal tools and platforms

  • Meet quality, productivity, and KPI targets

  • Adapt to changing schedules and business needs

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday

  • 09:00 – 19:00

  • 2 rotating days off

  • Rotational shifts

Location & Work Model

  • Location: Porto

  • Work model: On-site only

Language Requirement

  • Dutch: Native or fluent

Salary & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months)

  • Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

  • Health insurance:

    • Active from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)

    • Free after 6 months of contract
